Objective: Design posters, mail box flyers, napkin holder displays and door hanging flyers to promote the Resident Advisor positions open for the 2019/2020 academic year.
Strategy/Solution: The strategy was to figure out how to branch out to the current residents, former as well as students who aren’t associated with Housing, to become Residential Advisors. I was apart of the Recruitment and Selection committee last year, with that experience I have an idea on how to reach out to our prospective audience.
What I planned with the Recruitment and Selection committee that I was apart of is incorporating the current RA’s in Chico State’s housing. I then surveys current RA’s that I work with and used their information to create an engaging poster. To incorporate all the different resident halls, I created different variations of posters from napkin holders to door knob hangers to help branch out to the different audiences of RA recruitment.
